This role ensures that clarity becomes embedded into enterprise operations — not just adopted, but operationalized.

Role Overview

Kosmos builds enterprise-grade systems that unify operational signals across Salesforce, Jira, GitHub, and ServiceNow.

We correlate signals across systems, generate structured Risk Events, and enable human-confirmed Root Cause Analysis.

You will build the core intelligence engine behind that system.

What You’ll Work On

Operational Intelligence Lifecycle:

Ingest → Correlate → Surface → Act → Learn

• Read-only integration pipelines
• Cross-system signal correlation
• Structured Risk Event generation
• Human-confirmed RCA workflows
• Escalation Intelligence Map (graph architecture)
• DuckDB, GCS + Iceberg data layer
• Event-driven services on GCP

This is core platform work. High ownership. Real impact.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years backend engineering experience
• Strong Python or Go
• GCP experience (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, BigQuery preferred)
• Experience deploying LLM-powered systems
• Strong data modeling skills
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS
