Role Overview

This is an early, strategic marketing role working directly with the CEO.

Your primary mandate is win rate.

Not volume.
Not vanity metrics.
Enterprise conversion.

You will own website messaging and core category positioning. You will refine how we explain:

  • The Intelligence Layer
  • Structured Risk Events
  • Human-confirmed RCA
  • The 14-day and 90-day engagement paths

You will influence enterprise deal strategy when needed, but your focus is narrative clarity and positioning leverage.

What You’ll Own

1. Website & Core Messaging

  • Own homepage and primary messaging surfaces
  • Refine category framing
  • Clarify differentiation against ITSM, AIOps, and observability vendors
  • Strengthen executive-facing language
  • Ensure messaging reflects real customer engagement patterns

2. Enterprise Win Rate

  • Develop structured sales assets
  • Improve objection handling frameworks
  • Sharpen ROI and executive value framing
  • Strengthen positioning across both engagement paths
  • Support complex enterprise deal strategy when needed

Your work should directly improve close probability.

3. Authority & Precision Content

  • Develop high-quality thought leadership
  • Support founder amplification
  • Turn engagement outcomes into reference-ready narratives
  • Create selective, high-signal content for enterprise buyers

Quality over quantity.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in enterprise B2B marketing
  • Strong product marketing foundation
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Experience marketing technical platforms to engineering or operations leaders
  • Strong writing discipline
  • Ability to simplify without oversimplifying
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment
